Technique was quick to install and setup. Either that or I got lucky. Soon after I setup and wired the complete method, I attempted to use the owner's manual to setup the Internet connection. I even bought an further modem just for this system. The problem started when absolutely nothing I did would operate. I had to Google completely to find a phone number for the firm. I left a type message for a return contact. With no call back, I left another contact. I repeated this process with them every day for the past 3 weeks. They are however to return my contact. The service is not decent. I am now going to have to hire someone to assist me finish the setup. So beware of the negative service and be ready to spend a lot more dollars out of pocket to finish the setup. Hindsight getting 20/20 - I wish I had purchased from somebody else. Due to the fact I have spent hours installing the method, it is also late to return it. Don't make the exact same mistake I made!
