When my family members moved into this two bedroom appt in a negative neighborhood we began looking for alarms everywhere. The difficulty is locating a wireless alarm system that is effective and affordable. For smaller aparments or properties with only a couple of entry points this alarm operates wonderful. It came with two make contact with alarms which can work on doors or windows, and two motion sensors. My favorite function is that it comes with two keychain remotes. This way you can set the alarm to your house just like setting a automobile alarm and no have to have for typing in codes.
Method operates well and is hassle-free to install, but is extremely limited. It comes with two door/window sensors and two motion detectors. The manual (page 14) says you can add extra sensors to this system, but in truth this is not true for the reason that neither Swann (nor any third party that I can locate) sells further sensors for this method. (Swann sells other door/window sensors, but they can not be used with this wireless program.) So if you want to protect way more than 2 doors and windows, you can't. It is tricky to think about a residence with only 2 doors + windows. In addition, one of the sensors did not perform when I received it, leaving me with only one door/window sensor. I advocate obtaining oneself yet another program with even more capabilities.
