My owner's manual referred to as for replacement battery portion 41A6357-1. This one looked specifically correct though and it was about $ten less costly than I could find the other 1. I called Chamberlain and they mentioned it was the similar thing. I went ahead and ordered the 4228 and it fits and works perfectly. Very straightforward to do oneself (even though the manual says to contact service if the red light stays on and it beeps every 30 seconds). Glad I did not contact service it would have cost a lot alot more and this only took me about 3 minutes to replace and it fixed the challenge!
FYI - this is also the right battery for the opener sold at property depot under component HD900D. Makes it stop beeping.
If you google component SA1245 you can most likely score one particular of these for under $20 shipped. No complaints about this one though - just an FYI if you have not ordered however. Chamberlain just sticks their sticker more than the manufacturer's label.
