Consumer Evaluations

I recently had a break in and decided I necessary to add an alarm system to defend from future challenges. After buying around for prices with local alarm corporations, I began seeking at the possibility of undertaking a self monitoring method. There are a lot of solutions around on the internet, but a lot of have confusing manuals with fairly poor translations and further parts usually desire to be ordered from China or Hong Kong. I finally settled on Shield Tech's offering considering that their costs were fine and there was full US based assistance.
The shipment came pretty speedy and was nicely packed. The item itself seems to be beneficial top quality and the directions were incredibly uncomplicated to comply with. I don't have a classic land line, but have a number with the nettalk device. This alarm works just fine with the VOIP connection and has been really reliable in the course of all of my tests.
Setup and installation had been a breeze and I've currently ordered many further elements to secure my basement as properly.
My only slight gripe about the system is that the telephone technique is a bit buggy. When the alarm calls a number it seems to begin playing the message prior to I actually pick up the phone, so when I answer the message is currently in progress. This is a really minor problem considering that the message repeats and I do not certainly need to have to hear the message to know it is from my alarm. Also you have to be rather careful when choice selections in the telephone tree or inputting the user code more than the telephone considering that pressing numbers too fast or as well slow seems to confuse the program. Once you know the optimal rate, things perform as expected.
If you want to use an answering machine on the exact same phone line as the alarm, you aren't in a position to keep the potential to call into the alarm. This doesn't matter to me given that I only use the line for the alarm, but it is worth noting in case this matters for someone.
All in all, I am really pleased with the program and have no concerns recommending it to any individual who is hunting for a self monitored alarm program. Even if you want a monitored system, they present an affordable monitoring solution, even though I have no experience with that.

I got my package after three weeks, considering that the shipment was to Mexico but it arrives in perfect conditions.
Everithing was especially beneficial and as promised
Recomended
